If Stars Can Sing a Lullaby
Version 1
If stars can sing a lullaby,
I shall fall into an eternal sleep.
If the breeze can kiss a goodnight,
I shall fall into a pleasant dream.
If the crescent moon can swing,
I shall dwell in the Neverland.
If the sun can shine hope,
I shall wake with a loving heart.
I am dirt and rose from the mud,
I am Lord Shiva's beloved son.
The snakes crawl up on me,
the creepers wrap around me,
As I become one with the earth.
Version 2
Into eternal sleep I drowse to the stars lullaby,
Into pleasant dreams I slip to the kiss of the breeze,
I dwell in the Neverland as the crescent moon swings,
I shall wake with a loving heart to sun's shining hope.
Version 3
the stars lullaby sway me to an eternal sleep,
kiss of the breeze carry me to a pleasant dream,
dwelling in the Neverland swinging on the crescent moon's,
Sun's shining hope shall wake me to a loving heart.
