If Only
If only I could soar across the multifarious stars,
Dream of love and romance,
And maybe plant a seed on each and every-one.
If only I could walk the boundless ocean,
A breathless pull and richly pleased of its bestowment,
And maybe savor each briny tear
If only I could be beneath the lapis sky,
Hear the cry of every newborn baby's first breath,
And maybe I might share the love of each.
If only I could embrace the world under fervent heaven,
Grace it with a garden paradise brimming with life,
And maybe spend hours abreast it's paternal growth.
If only I could soar across the multifarious stars,
Walk the boundless ocean,
Be beneath the lapis sky,
Embrace the world under fervent heaven,
Or
Sometimes just be myself
