If I Had a Wand

Sadness overcomes me From all this suffering I see If I had a wand to hold, I’d wave it to erase all the cold By cold I mean the evil ‘rule’ Taking over, a reality so cruel! The big picture is completely seen… Its spreading grip is so mean -Today, I hear my childhood friend lost husband, brother and mother in two weeks – As the ongoing roller coaster of death peaks! Only with faith can we withstand all this Only simple things in God’s creation and love will bring bliss Hold that shield against the fear Fight the evil far and near Because I tell you – it is here! We must face it and in unity, adhere Heidi Sands 12/30/22
