If Children Were Puppies

IF MY
                                            CHILDREN
                                         WERE PUPPIES
                                            THEY’D BE
                                               NICER
                                                  TO
                                                  ME.
                                THEY WOULD NOT BE FUSSY
                        AND            TALK BACK YOU            SEE.                       
                       SIT             BRAVE AND LOYAL           NOT                        
                       TRY             TO RUN AND HIDE.           AND
                                        FAITHFULLY  FOLLOW
                                           NEVER LEAVING
                                            MY SIDE. BUT
                                            IF CHILDREN
                                             WERE PUPS
                                              THEN THEY
                                              MIGHT EAT
                                             LIKE    HOGS
                                            CHEW    YOUR 
                                          GOOD        SHOE   
                                 MAYBE HIDE         YOUR CLOGS
 	    AND IF CHILDREN WERE PUPPIES, THEN WE’D ALL BE DOGS!

Hi, Brenda, You shape poem is creative and shows how talented you are! I loved it. Also, thank you for commenting on my poem today "A Poet's Day" I tried to answer you on my page where this poem is, but I am somehow blocked. I got your message from comments. But when I click on View. I am sent to the (poem, research engine.) And when I click on (new poems) etc. I get sent to the same place. So I am blocked. Have let them know in an e-mail. Hope I can get back to normal soon.
