Ideas, Ideals Flow From 'A Poet's Worth'

"Laughter the best medicine" it's said
A humorous poem was displayed

"Love is in the air" so 'tis said
A romantic poem captivated feelings

" Lies, lies, lies" is all that's said
The political poem expressed those wrongs

"The death toll reaches 5,000 in Nepal"
A poet views the scenes appalled

Laughter, romance, political unrest
News, views, stars, clearly expressed

A poet wears many hats
Ideas, ideals, keep flowing out
