Ice Cream

It's so hot this afternoon Pink tongue sticks to silver spoon Ice cream melts despite the cherry I drool to cool dish with strawberry. My brunch made is hot fudge cake With ice cream in the middle And a grand strawberry milkshake So tasty that makes me giggle And the entree fried ice cream with fried pickles to dip All so very cooling for teeth The sweetness stays on my lip. 7/2/2022 ICE CREAM POETRY CONTEST Sponsor Julia Ward
