I Wonder If He Knows

I wonder if he knows I write poetry about him.
That he's my muse and I appreciate his vision and views.
I wonder if he knows his silence leaves bruises in my heart
bleeding deep inside causing uncontrollable damage in the depth of my soul.
That I can't take it when we don't talk
and when I look in his eyes I see my isle walk,
gliding down to him in crystal glowing shoes
made from the tears I cried to where we are.
I wonder if he knows how strong I've been.
And how long it's been.
Waiting for this how wrong it seems.
I wonder if he's ever heard me counting our children
naming each one
Heard me pray to God I some day give him a son,
cause I'm not just in it for  fun.
I wonder if he knows that I love him in a holy way that only I can speak to God about
that he is still my angel even when he makes me scream and shout.
I don't believe in soul mates but I can't wait till our souls mate
Write a beautiful love novel
How he's a spade and me a shovel and together we started trouble, different but the same.
Digging into each other's lives like tomorrow wouldn't reach us.
The things we lose only teach us
That some memories we create will leave us speechless.
Senseless. Fearless. Or even just less

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed day.

I wonder if she knows what she does to my heart....as long as she is there, it is filled with Beautiful art....which will turn to a happiless pit if we ever part....but with God As our glue, that can never start....;)
