I Wonder

at night
i close my eyes
i sometimes wonder

where it is that i belong
in this grandiose scheme
of universal mystery

i try to imagine
where it is
my soul calls home

when i close my eyes
at night
i sometimes wonder

I think it's a feeling almost everyone has felt at one time or another. I know I have. Still do once in a while. You've touched on something universal, Line. Well-penned and poetically expressed.

I fully understand, but in some ways, I am glad I am blissfully not aware, for I fear it might frighten me.

Actually we have too much to do down here to have free time to worry about such things. A time and place for everything.

Thanks, Gershon. I feel like I've been tucked in ever so sweetly. Most appreciated.

You have the soul of a poet Panagiota.
