I Witness

DUSK EXUDES FIERY GOLDEN HUE
whispers prelude to a rendezvous 
of two souls once lost by the blue bay~
reuniting as night captures the day.

INDIGO JEWELS KISS LONESOME MOON
playing hide-and-seek with the clouds
as lovers adrift in night’s afterglow~
As if there is no tomorrow.

NEON OPAL PEARLY QUARTZ RESTS SILENTLY
in my wrist that ceases to tick
as I watch them fade away~
with the shimmering stars faraway.

This is really good work and I was trying to see why it would not have made the list, and then I noticed something. The last alpha line goes N/O/Q/R/S (you left out P!!!) I think if it were not for that, this stunning poem would have been a winner.
