"The ego within forced me to resist,
But now I wish I had effused a love mist,
With aplomb and flair, just kind of left it there,
For self-aware souls passing by, who choose to pair."
Line of Inquiry_ Unseeking Seeker
When my true love died this heart broke,
I withdrew from life and all love;
and from his grave my true love spoke,
in dreams came from heaven above.
Many times I could have loved but,
when my true love died this heart broke;
''I wish I had'' this love bond cut,
spending life under a dark cloak.
When meeting a man I just choke,
wishing I could take that first step ...
when my true love died this heart broke,
and for new love lost I have wept.
But, then I found the courage- strength,
though in the dark night my tears soak;
will keep new love- give up lament ...
when my true love died this heart broke.
