I Wish I Could

Share in your joys,
Stay if I should,
Lessen your sorrows,
I wish I could.

Stand by your side,
Smile if I would,
Hold your hand,
I wish I could.

You in my arms,
I'll die if I should,
Kiss away your tears,
I wish I could.

Live all your dreams,
Achieve if I would,
Be your shining light,
I wish I could.

See you smile, 
Be the reason if I should,
Laugh with your laughter,
I wish I could.

Give you my love, 
All if I would, 
Have your's back,
I wish I could.

Never let you go,
Promise if I should,
Say it all to you,
I wish I could.
