I Wish

I wish I never thought about it this way, That those days had never passed away, That I wasn't the person that I wished to be, And wished had just one more day...... No I'm not gonna talk to you about this, It might burn this castle down to bits And I don't wish to live among the ashes....... The hope that you won't drift away, I wish I never thought about it this way, I wish I would have put that thought away...... But now when I see my own reflection, It scolds me,it beats me with my guilt, And cos things needn't always go sideways, What if foolish idiocracy works..... It might even be a straight path ahead, But it also could be a penny with just a tail, No you don't give me butterflies, But sure, you make me wanna cry,for those choices........... I wish that those eyes 'd never set on mine, But my conscience, it's still alive, I wish this was just an exaggeration, I wish none of this is or was real, I wish I could wake up from this dream, I do but to this dream everyday..my darkest hour...... I wish I never thought about it this way, ,i keep on making the same mistakes again, I wish this is just another can of tin, For if I still had today, today is the day i'd say goodbye...... I wish you'd never see this day And feel the pain, the future holds for you, but yes you will... Those reeel friends will take care of that But Hey, Mr dead, what can you say, Not every story is worth another day..... (When you write your heart out it for sure does sound wonderful... nothing else can weave out poems like a broken heart can....also it's wonderful how satisfied you are after writing things out. Paper does have more patience than people for sure and sometimes quality too:) Ps: I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings. My apologies to anyone who feels offended by it.:)
