I will still choose you

#I_will_still_choose_you
In my lost form, 
in my dilapidated state of  health,
in my dimes and least
In my down and out 

When every hope in my basket has been exhausted 
When life has ravished me to my lowest 
When everything seem dim and in vain
When all left is my word to you

Choosing you being not the option
Choosing you being the only shot at surving 
When Choosing you may be the most uncomfortable decision 
When the world conforming not to my choices 
When life throws its best shots at me 

For you chose me first
For you saw in me what I couldn't see
For you said you where here for eternity 
For you chose me even when our predicament was against everything we stood for

I will chose you each day,
Like is our last on earth
In the midst of judgements 
In the midst of public opinions 
In the presence of haters and naysayers 
In the world gun blazing to our union

Choosing you forever, sounds limiting 
I wanna choose you for timeless gauge
I wanna choose you beyond what the universe,
science and nature can provide, 

Against time
Against life itself 
Against choices

I will still choose you through thick and thin 
Through tears and joy
Through love and hate
Through time and space 
I will still choose you even after life 
Beyond death and reincarnation 
Beyond creation and evolution.

I will still choose you
