I Will Shame Your Fatness Thank You Very Much

When I eat I have the discipline to stop, and I make effort to burn calories off, you snack all day everyday snacking is non stop, unwilling to make effort I make you're a lazy sod Then you blame society and shame me for fat shaming sit and sweat complaining about your fat that's never draining though I refrain through discipline because it stops weight gaining keep fit and my mind entertained to overcome the craving If you ate less and moved more you wouldn't stay a fatty if you take responsibility on yourself you'd slim your body If you move instead of sit down and stop being bloody lazy you're obese because ill discipline allows the grazing You can't complain you're fat because society has influence, when many are athletic or use knowledge with their diet, you fail to entertain meal gaps and snack your way to lunch, So don't envy those making effort when you just sit and munch Yes I'll call you fat because you're fat and that's a fact, you're greedy when you eat lacking the self control I have, you do not make the effort that I make to move my act staying lazy off your feet keeping the calories as fat Will power, endurance, science, Fat because you're lazy never use appliance, so who cares if you're crazy I will not be silenced. I eat a pie you eat 3 stop blaming society, or advertising on TV when gyms are partly there to see change your lifestyle and routine, take responsibility, dining like a dinosaur and defining it survival, will see you die before your time unhealthy fat and vile!!

We all have our issues or addictions in life some visual ,some not! We deal and cope with them differently and the best we can. You don’t know someones reasons or troubles in life…..you are just making assumptions and being judgemental. Vile is a terrible word to call an overweight person

There are several things that contribute to obesity: 1) 10% of overweight people are so because of a medical condition. 2) Genetic predisposition to obesity. 2a) researchers have found that a majority of of obese people do not have the gene that tells the brain the stomach is full. 3) Food addiction. As a person who has struggled her entire life with obesity (although I now weigh about 100 pounds less than I once did) I say a little sympathy from you would not be amiss.

and people confuse hunger with thirst, so if they still feel hungry it can probably be eased by hydrating, or eating fruit, no pizzas biscuits chocolate crisps somethings are just fat, just digesting it tires you out and drains you, an apple and glass of water lovely :) the body reacts to how it's treated, you just have to endure the transition because after that it's easier and easier then it's just natural

Yeah but that completely overlooks the ENDURED MENTAL EFFORT and DISCIPLINE going into being fit &healthy. Going to the gym 10 days of 14, & you measure meals so it's not about the brain knowing the stomachs full. & as for addiction addictive personalities can become addicted to exercise just the same as food. making out it's a disadvantage & that healthy people are lucky, healthy people make an effort and sacrifice everyday, if they make the effort and not the excuses they'd be healthy, i work to hard to give sympathy, i'll train them lol
