I Was Meant For You

I waited patiently for you to finally see 
I was meant for you and you for me 

There were times I wanted  to let go
Thinking your love I would never know 

Something kept holding me here 
Even though I had doubts and fears 

Finally your love for me you realized 
Something had made you open your eyes 

You saw that we were meant to be 
I was meant for you and you for me 

I waited for what seemed an eternity 
For you My Love to finally see

I'm so elated we are now here 
I'm in complete bliss to have you near
