I Want

I want
Just to touch you ,to feel you
Its wrong i know
You say go through the door
And to follow ,i know it will leave sorrow
My breath is gasping each time you turn to me
A tingle, i like, i can not fight
I want I want
Even in my sleep your body is ontop mine
I wake with a feeling of passion inside of me
I see you ,I try and hide my look
Its like a book telling of our love affair
My mind at war, with my heart
How can i be apart ,when I want
Each kiss is like the first
I have a thirst for your embrace
To taste your lips upon mine
Finger tips on my nakedness
I want
Time ticks when we are afar
I am torn apart inside and out
I shout silent screams
I want
I WANT
As i follow through that door....

Wow Sarah, you thought the same, hehe. Terrific poem, I remember my father saying, those who want get nothing. But hey, there are wants and there are wantings > what a read >> James

So often our minds and our hearts ARE at war when we fall in love. I hope you find a door that leads you to peace. Very moving poem, one to which many of us can relate, Sarah! Love, Carolyn
