I Wake

I wake I wake to close my eyes just to remember of yester year: Years of long ago, when life was so simple then, dancing in the rain, feeling droplets of water run down my face. Again I wake to close my eyes to remember my first snow fall, like a white cape covering the land and a crystal palace on the morning dew. Again I wake to close my eyes to remember the joys of childhood to my teenage years. Once more I wake to close my eyes to remember the joy on my mothers face, watching me grow into womanhood. I wake to close my eyes to dream now..... 04/09/2014 Written by Gina Montalbo

Gina Memories are always a nice thing to have and hold onto. Hopefully the good ones will outnumber the bad.

Hey Gina, Poetically Speaking A Wonderful Painting. I Think That Yes Their Somewhat Fortuned Within 'This' Life; Find The Past An Escapism From Many Their Reality Amid The Here And Now's Not So Bright Views ? Fleeting Her Glimpse A Stroke Be The Brush And The Moment Is Past....I Like Your Beauty's Ending Verse But Oh To Be Trapped In This World, Of Now: Amid Most In Truth; A Painful Thought...Love, Jeremy

Nothing better than living our dreams with our eyes open. Yet closing our eyes allows us to see the past more clearly.
