I Think About You

Every moment of every day
You are on my mind
I think of nothing else

You are beautiful
You are cute
You are the best

You chose me
For that I am thankful
I could not be happier

You see beyond issues
You see beyond my needs

Samantha
Oh how I love you Samantha

That is a great poem. I read this because you commented on my poem and wanted me to read yours. I'm only 14, so I don't know what true poetry looks like yet, but this seems like true poetry. Good job! (: ~Mackenzie~

That is a very beautiful poem. I sure she probably loved the poem. I wish I had someone to feel that way about me.

......and when I was younger, it was so easy to find. Now....sigh, it feels so unreachable, yet....do we have any other choice? I hope Samantha is that for you and will always remind you of the vein of precious innocence deep within you too. We are so programmed to lose respect for the beautiful females by society. Thank God for the goddesses that lure us back to our senses.............. lovely write by the way.

In the movie Les Miserables with Liam Neeson, he tells the young man in love with his "daughter", but who is determined to fight in the coming revolution, that he should go to her. When the young man protests because of politics, he says something like, "You have love, and that is enough". The woman, friend and muse I write of reminds me of the vein of innocence buried somewhere deep within me............
