I Surrender To You
I want you so bad for the rest of my life,
Anything can happen in the next,
I can feel it in my bones, moment of truth,
When the speaker is assumed to be telling the truth,
A listener might suspect this -
If the denial was expected to be more general.
Every time I look at you,
The moment I surrender to you,
That loving you was not a dream,
Here, where I stand in this moment,
Now I give my heart, I give my love,
This is my vow to you I swear,
And I promise to give all I can.
My life without you in it,
Is a life that's not worth living,
My spirit has been renewed,
I surrender to you.
