I See Only You

In the crowded room
alone you’re the only one
between silhouettes
shadows that disappear
like stars when the sun rises.

Yes! How a tempting presence will isolate two people in a crowd. Congrats on the selection. Love, daver

Harry, there is one more day for that queen of England contest. Let's see you do one for the queen. Unless the queen of hearts senryu was it?

This is a beautiful story, laid out well and described with feelings written with the heart and edited by the soul. Emile.

Very deep love of true heart, ifeel. In the crowd only she is seen and others are like silhouettes. Extreme beauty of love is expressed with a very few words. Outstanding Poem, my lovely friend. Loved always, bl

How lovely and romantic, Harry. If my husband wrote this for me, I would tape it to my sun visor and read it morning and night! Thanks for your visit this morning. I'm grateful you added to my audience of one. I did read it to my two-year-old, but he didn't really appreciate it. (Mother Goose is his favorite post.) Hugs, Rhonda
