I Sat
I sat and waited
For what
I wasn’t sure
It didn’t matter
It seemed an age
Just to sit and wait
But what could I do
Nothing else
That can be done
But to stay patient
See what happens
Maybe one day
You’ll find out
The waiting
Will be worth it
Your see
Things will happen
Be sure of that
One day soon
When you decide
The wait
Will be over
When you stop
Sitting
