I Remember You

Who can i trust
Who can i beleave
When no one is there
Or here for me.

Tears roll down my face
As i remember you... ...
How we used to be... ...
We still should be...

I walk through life
Not knowing where I should go,
I wish you were here
Then I'd have no fear
of my own tears.

Daddy's little girl
Now it's just a phrase,
Just a girl,
Who wants to be free.

Free from the pain
that no one can see,
From the pain
That no one seems to see in me!

I don't know why
you'd cry,
over some guy
Who doesn't even try.

Beer this,
Beer that,
that's all there is...
And thats a fact.

Where did the woman i love go?
Is she hiding from me
I just know ... ...
I want to be free... ...

Who can i trust
Who can i beleave
When no one is there
or here for me!

This was a sad and touching poem. i have felt many times I was all alone, but I never really was, just down on myself. You expressed feelings that I am sure many of us have. Excellent poem.

Wierd name down there, looks like imaturity has returned again. This piece is crying, and I love the story and yearning it delivers. Enjoyed reading it and have a blessed day.
