I Remember
I remember when I was first cleansed by His blood
I saw God shine, I saw Christ glow
And as I continue to be washed by His flood
I continue to learn, I continue to grow
Others want me to stop, they don't want me to speak
They hate God's word, they don't want to hear His voice
Yet it's for them I cry, that my eyes do leak
Asking for God to help them make the right choice
My heart is heavy, the pain is great
Oh please Lord help them before it's too late
