I Remember

I remember the way the sun revealed the corners of the room.
I remember how I felt as those corners were revealed.
I remember your face looking down on me.
I remember the tear that fell from your face when you walked away.
I remember the dark feeling I got as you walked away.
I remember the screeches of the tires.
I remember running to your limb body that lie on the ground.
I remember seeing my tear fall on your bloody face.
I remember your last breath.
I remember regretting letting you walk away.
