I Remember--

I REMEMBER--

I remember summer time calling
I remember streets and grasses boiling, (so, so hot)
I remember 25 cents ice-cream cones
And 50 cents hot-dogs wit fries
I remember 10 cent postal stamps and 25 cents a gallon gas
I remember you could leave cold milk on the table and it would never get sour
I remember 12 cents comic books
Even 50 cents movies we would watch
I remember just 2 thousand dollars for a new Ford/Mustang
But my favorite memory's yet to come
Praying to God for longevity of live on this earth, so that I may see Jesus Christ descend from the skies
