I Need the Touch of Jesus Today

I Need the Touch Of Jesus Today!

I need the touch of Jesus in my life today!
And to be his example in what I do and say!

I need his love to come and completely fill me.
Everywhere I go, I know he’ll be with me.

I need for his spirit to teach and be my guide.
I ask that his spirit will take away my pride.

I need his word to give me
 needed direction.
I must read and obey it for
 necessary correction.

I ask for the Lord to forgive
 and cleanse my sin.
That I may enjoy the joy 
of being born again.

I ask for the Lord to be a light that will shine.
Help me to reach the lost
hearts and minds.

Thank you Jesus for answering my prayers!
I know that you listen
 and are always there!

Your touch, dear Lord, will daily bless me.
Whatever I’ll need, I know you’ll help me!

You’re my best friend!  
Yes you are indeed!
You’re the one who has met
 my every need!
