I Need a Hammer For My Boss

I like a hammer as my boss. Because I am not one. And sometimes a school needs one. Someone who will clamp down hard. On all of them In a fair but firm way. Also someone who depends on me To be the softy, Letting me be Myself.

in a world where we can be anything we want, some of us like to be ourselves, shame they have to try and change you...i am a softy too and don't like being told to be more stern.... enjoyed this one! hugs

Some bosses expect us to leave ourselves at home and don a business like persona when we get to work. They don't want us to bring our personal joys and sorrows to work with us. I know how you feel, been there and done that. God Bless, JB

My new boss said, "What do you want to do? What gives you joy? What do you NOT want to do?" I told her too, and I am REALLY really really happy with her, and her with me.
