Remember when we were young, you and I 
Bit of boyish mischief we used to cause 
The swearing, pushing, shoving, and punches 
We'd put on the charm when it came to mom

We'd put on the charm when it came to mom 
Inseparable, we stood by one another

We went our different paths as we grew

I miss the fun times when we were kids

A plain Pantoum not a rhyming pantoum

Typically a pantoum is made up of two rhyming couplets, however, Western writers altered and adapted the form, the importance of rhyming and brevity diminished. So, pantoums do not need to rhyme.
