I Love You Lie

I have lied to many but I won’t lie to you.
You are the reason I see the sky so blue.
But first I want to give you a clue,
Why it’s you who makes things so old seem so new.

It began in the days that it became know to me,
That one could love when they both agree.
I have been with some, who make me see,
And we try love one another but yet not free.

Then it came to strike in my mind,
That perfect love could not be so blind,
Though I said I love you to each one of them,
It seems like I lied because my soul still did condemn.
But when I said I love you and looked into your eyes,
My heart said ‘truth is eternal’ and to you I will never lie.
