I Love You But I'M Moving On
I thought I was walking the right path but maybe I had the wrong shoes on
I thought I was doing right giving you my all, but you ended up proving me wrong
I wanted it all with you and would have done anything for you
I love you, but I'm moving on
Sometimes your favourite person is the reason for your saddest art
I slayed the dragon, just for the princess to use the sword to stab my heart
Maybe I got it wrong and she didn't need saving or maybe she wanted a different Prince
Time for me to start a new chapter, even though our story is missing ink
Letting go of you but the pain remains to cuddle with me
More unnecessary pain, just another struggle for me
I did everything to heal you but you didn't care about the troubles in me
I'm done moving mountains for someone who wouldn't step over a puddle for me
Your love was my drug, but now I'm sober
Once the sadness went, I became happy we were over
My heart healed from the breaak you caused,now I'm numb to your touch
I hated you for a while for hurting me, but now I wish you the best luck
I'm ready for a journey without you and I have my shoes on
I was the right man for you, and you will be proved wrong
I would have done anything for you but no more
I loved you but I'm moving on
