I Love Too Deep

Author Dana Redricks
December 26, 2016

When I love, I love to deep.
My heart is so broken because I cared
Too much I have the burdens of others
And gave them too much room
Full of happy moments and dark ones too.
My heart wants to love, but I try to hold back.
I lay in my bed with my eyes filled with tears
and the fear of getting too close consumes
my soul afraid of being disappointed by the
ones I love most.
My heart feels heavy how do I let go?
The tears seem to overflow I wish, knew
what to do to get over you.
I love too much that’s why it hurts so bad,
the thought of you just makes me feel sad.
