I Love My Mom

Ever since I first opened my eyes My heart enabled me to see How everything my mom has done and did, she did them all for me I was at the very center of her universe and she was the "Sun" to me And I revolved around her every word holding the very hands that nurtured me I know, she loved me like no other mom, can for the simplest of reason, I am her son As for me, I also love her like no other will; as vast as the ocean, forever-loving the sun She is in Heaven now, my mom is but she is also at home inside my soul We have a bond that will never fade, you see We have a doorway and God is the key By:Wilbert Evangelista Dela Cruz
