I Lost You

I have lost you in the sea of forever
I have lost you to a world I cannot enter.

My fingers tingle, arms twitching
With the need to hold you
Like I never have before.

My heart is shattered,
Wishing for just 'one last'
That I so wish
Could last an eternity.

You were too young for me to lose,
Too young to be taken from this world.
It is unjust, to know you are gone
And to think I cannot tell you
How much you mean to me again.

I have lost you in the sea of forever
To hear your voice again? I will never.
I have lost you to a world I cannot enter
To hold you tight just one last? I won't ever.
