The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

I Live In My Head

I'm consumed by thoughts of a better place
I live there in my head

The world ticks around me
Full of greed full of dread

I've seen the system for what it is
A trap that chisels at our nature

I am helpless I am bound
But I can still put words on paper

Words I hope will change this world
Or even start a stir

If I even saw the slightest change
I'd step out of my head
and come back to earth

A head is not such a bad place to be...in fact, it's the safest! Still, it would be nice to get out, once-in-a-while. Well written!
