Beautiful Scars Poet Sonnet

I Live For You

I’m bound to love you ‘til the end of time,
     tunes of soft silk free my frail mind from stress-
        I shall show you with the muse in my rhyme,
and wear that one lace and dark pink night dress.

For we shall be the ones who light the way-
     you vowed to hold me with your strong tan arms, 
        and you still take pride in sweet words I say. 
I have been drawn in by your praise and charms.

No way on God’s green earth would you leave me, 
     nor would I walk a dire fate with not you-
        for now we live in a home with us three,
a teen with sass but has your heart so true.

For there has come a time to say once more-
        you are all that I need…WHAT I LIVE FOR.

You look 22 years old in your photograph! Beautiful Scars September 21, 2019 at 10:30 AM oh my word! stop it! I am almost 40! I was married at 22 and had Ella Rose at 25. She was our miracle ;) Thank you for the compliment I am so honored you think that! Yes, she wears sass like a silk sweater but I wouldn't change her for the world.
