Marilyn Williams Poet Blank verse

I Live

To see the sun come up.
To see your love show me the way.
To dance and sing from day to day.
To see the waters flow and the leaves turn to gold.

I live.

To watch what's mine turn yours.
To get heartbreak from taking a dive.
 
I Live.

Each time I raise.

I Live.

To see the nights go by and
to see my time to fly.
Can you just imagine
what I'm feeling?

I Live, I Live

just because He gives me
one more reason to.
