I Know About Ice Cream

Ice cream comes in a gazillion flavors
Eating it doesn’t do me any favors
Seems one cone puts on me a pound
This I know, and it’s not too profound!

Hi Milton. You know what they say, "One minute on your lips, forever on your hips" I already have butter pecan hips and a maple frosted tummy. Oh, the good things in life.

I too love ice cream, I'm a rum and raisin man and not forgetting a chocolate flake ( that's two pounds lol) Tom

Yep, I still love ice cream. Who doesn't??? But, it can add many pounds if not eaten in moderation.

Remember Neopolitan? Those were the only three flavors I remember as a child - strawberry, vanilla and chocolate.

Oh yes, and when we got a banana split, it always had those three kinds in it. I still love a banana split now and then. I'll get one of those whims, put on my clothes (generally late after I've dressed for night) and go out to Dairy Queen and bring one back. Deb used to laugh at me when I would do that! I do that with donuts, too, but more rarely now that I'm working to control my diabetes.
