I Just Went Gaga

To call her weird is a misnomer. If you've seen her you know what I mean! She calls herself Lady GaGa and she dresses like it's Halloween! I first saw her on "The Late Show". She was there as Letterman's guest. I couldn't detect any talent at all, although I did try my very best. The "clothes" she had on were something to see. She surely got dressed in the dark! Had she uttered "trick or treat" or maybe a "boo" I'd have considered the whole thing a lark! What's sad is, she seemed to be serious, even though she looked like a clown. I"m not sure the guards at the asylum should allow her out on the town! Apparently she claims she's a singer. If you ask me that's up for debate. From the little bit that I've seen and I've heard, her singing ain't really that great! All this is just my opinion. I know that her fan base is strong. What I don't understand and what boggles my mind, is how everyone of those fans can be wrong! I don't know why I wrote this piece? It makes no sense, indeed. She could care less if I like her or not. Plus, This is very boring to read! I apologize to you my friends. I didn't mean to waste you time. When I saw her, I just went "GaGa" and almost lost my mind!

She is very political and pro gay rights....don't think she is someone to over look.

Ralph, this is a really cute one. Funny poem. I kind of like her a little bit, some of her songs anyway. She used to be a stripper. Like we couldn't guess THAT.

Would you believe American Idol brought Lady Gaga on to "teach" the contestants? The boy who won the competition was very uncomfortable in her presence. And her singing, well that surely is up for debate. Thanks! Best to you, Diane

I just saw her on Good Morning and whole heartly agree with your assessment. I don't see the talent but it just might be hidden by the outfits. Would like to see her in normal garb singing a normal song. Maybe she can sing. Mike

Lady GaGa has become an icon in the music world .. to me she is a spin off of Madonna .. and many agree.. however baseball players (A Rod) and other athletes seem to find an attraction..must be the weirdo clothes and makeup luv.. and her bank account is heavy duty right now.. ..great reflections on what society raises to icon status these day luv.. but I do like some of her songs.. nice rhyme to keep the flow moving..luv..
