I Have My Dreams To Keep Me Warm
i want you to stay
you smile and shake your head
i offer to make your favorite drink
you sigh heavily, roll your eyes, and wave goodbye
as i watch the door for the next two hours, i imagine your lips feeling good on his
i also wonder if he realizes the loyalty of your love for him
if ever you realize that he doesn't, just wrap lightly on the door
i will definitely know it will be you
until then, i have my dreams to keep me warm
