I Have Lost My Mummy
Has anyone seen my mum?
She’s on the cruise ship constellation.
I think it’s in the Caribbean
The last time it was se - en
Then I’m not sure if to Florida it will come.
My mum is away for three weeks and a day
But she thought she was going to the Med
She’s gone with my brother and his family
But she didn’t want to go to Florida, she said.
You can imagine her surprise
When right before her eyes
The flight tickets to Florida arrived
From the moment she saw them she did quite abhor them
But now she was determined that she would survive.
She hates to fly so to the doctors she went
I need some tranquilisers because they are hell bent
On flying me out to pick up a ship
I really don’t want to fly can you give me high
And not only that I have an arthritic hip.
Now she is away she forgot to say
Where she is stopping in Florida
So if you see a woman flying high with her son and his family
With melancholy eyes and wishing she is here with me.
Say hello and wish her the best, give her a drink, but not the rest
Tell we are waiting for her to come back.
Tell to check in her case for some warm clothes incase
She gonna have to put on her thermal knickers and vest.
