I Had An Awesome Poem
I had an awesome poem
Written in my head
Writing poems isn't my thing
So I thought it up instead
The poem had a kitten
A purple kitten too
The kitten had a mitten
That was completely blue
The kitty's blue mitten
Fell into the sea
While the poor little kitten
Cried in melancholy
Then the brave little kitten
Dove into the sea
To try to find the mitten
That made it happy
We waited and waited
In so much despair
Our fear escalated
So we said a little prayer
And the kitten came back up
With the mitten on its paw
How great! What luck!
That the kitten didn't fall!
And that was the poem
Written in my head
