Poem was inspired by the Manx 'blue tits' ladies group who swim regularly in Douglas bay.

The Blue Tits are a world wide inclusive community of female open water enthusiasts who swim, dip and conntect with others in the outdoors all year round 9/6/25

I guess all the ladies swim breast stroke!


cold water swimmers
have got a VERY apt name
they're called 'The BlueTits'

For real, for real? That's hysterical - so glad you shared a funny that brought me some sunny. Blue Tits, ha. The thought of swimming in chilly water would make my team 'resist tits have fits' - I would fight to avoid going in if I had to. A wimp who adores you .... CayCay
