I Found You (Zejel)

I sought to find the sunny skies
There, found beauty before my eyes
Your beauty is without disguise

Reflects a love so very true
No mask upon the sight of you
Left with only one thing to do
I succumb to the lover’s cries

Now, here we are in warm embrace
The sweet perfume, your porcelain face
Body draped in beautiful lace
Releases this mans deeper sighs

I cannot live without you near
Distance then, is my only fear
I love you, darling, most sincere
Until my unwanted demise

overall rhyming scheme for the poem is
