I Forgot My Cape and Cowl

Im tired of pointing the finger
And laying aproximate blame
Endless conversations which
Meander on for days
Can we really make a difference
Smoking in your kitchen
Revolutionary words
Bang the world to rights
Are there really future leaders
Getting stoned In here tonight?
I have opinions on bent politicians and
broken bankers
Drug laws and illegal wars
But lets not try to save the world
Over a nice hot cup of tea
Id rather live in the world as it actually is
Than ponder how it should be

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
