I don’t miss you yet
So why can’t I forget?
Everything about you
Everything I thought I knew
You made your mark and it’s not going anywhere
You took a piece of me & it’s just not fair
You don’t deserve it, I want it back
I want everything you took from me, everything you lacked
Your faults in exchange for my goods, and in reverse,
we fit together so perfectly
But you never deserved me
This can’t be reality
it has to be, just one long dream
I thought I knew you so well but you’re nothing like you seem
I don’t miss you yet
But it’s not because you weren’t everything to me
That look of everlasting love in your eyes, I’ll never forget
I don’t miss you because I can’t figure out who you are
Who you ever were, I don’t miss you because it hurts too bad
I’ll cry for everything we never had
But never for you
