I Do I Did
I do it for the birds that chirp in the morning
I do it for the dealers that pass me by calling
I do it so that I can cope with that little hope
I do it for the hole in my heart
I don't know where it all start
I do it cause I'm just playing my part
I did it because I was once lonely
I did it so they can tell my story
I did it left them in the past my homie
I did it so the curtains would be on me
They don't see the red I see
I did it for the waves in the sea
For my reflection is the only judgment of me
I do it for that smile I hold so dear
I do it to be aware of my fear
I did it so my path can be clear
I did it so that I can keep you near
I do it for the oxygen in the air
I did it so I won't die without no care
I did it because I needed a sacrifice
I did it for a better life
I do I can't wait to say that to my wife
I do for you anything without giving a voice
What would you do it for?
