I Could Still Dance

I could still dance, if only in my dreams
Music takes me back to
Where I want to be
A time of joy and happiness
A time where there was only now
No emptiness
Free Of all pain and sorrow
So I could dance, until tomorrow

Music is the energy
That flows inside of me
Without a doubt I think about
How wonderful it would be
If I had the opportunity
To intrepid my dance for all to see
The way music sets me free

Excellent poem, and rhyming sequence, my sister of God's inspirational grace, Mary. I love the flow of the words and the impact of the message. The descriptive excellence is lovely. The theme is on point, and the tone moves your words with much grace. "The higher reality of consciousness enhances peace, love, harmony, and happiness in our hearts with actions we connectively and collectively accomplished through faith." –Professor, Ambassador, Dr. Joseph S. Spence Sr. (Epulaeryu Master)!

Your words make my spirit dance. Feel the music in the mind and dance, even if the body is slow to move, the soul is quick to hear :)
