Tuesday morning daylight wakens
Clear and bright like spring
Refreshing to soul and mind
Touching on some normality
Physically lacking nurturing
Aching creeps up quickly
Heart and mind heals slowly
Tender loving care required
Positive or negative can be
Hiding out in darkness
Or skipping along to the beat
Singing to delightful melody
Moving in tiny steps to future
Taking each day as it is
Special moments cherished
