I Care
When I speak to you about Jesus
I'm not trying to make you mad
I'm just trying to save us all
From being extremely sad
I don't want to see anyone
Left behind when Jesus comes for me
I'd rather you be saved and called up
But it's not my judgment you see
But I do have some responsibility
In telling you a bit of good news
About my lord and savior
So when I speak, please don't snooze.
I need to tell you about my experience
With this man we call Jesus Christ
He’s the most perfect man I know
And for our sins, he paid the ultimate price
How many people do you know?
That will willingly suffer and die
So that you may have eternal life
And yet that same person you constantly defy
Why on earth would you resist
A man that has provided the way
For you to have all things hoped for
With joy and promise on each day
So I need for you to ask yourself
Will the road that you're on lead you to God's place?
And if you're confused or the answer is no
Please ask for directions, by seeking God's face
You know the saying, what you don't know won't hurt you?
Well, our people are destroyed for lack of knowledge
So, actually what you don't know can destroy you
And most of these things are not taught in college
So make sure you have the main tool
That’s found on the #1 best selling list
The good book we call the Holy Bible
Its' wisdom you can't afford to miss.
