I Can'T Love Someone Else

I can't love someone else, i don't think you understand. You are the only you upon this land. Meeting for the first time is a date, and more is the plan. There's no preparation for what's next at hand. Only thoughts and dreams of what we hope to happen. Love, respect, trust, loyalty and harmony. Progress building the foundation of what we seek. Happy days, peace, companionship and love. Off the ground, past the clouds, to the heavens above. But for success, a challenge must be introduced. No plan, no script, just a storm coming through. One that tests the will, and intestinal fortitude. Rain, thunder, lightning, and winds of dysfunction. All the work to build, threatened by destruction. It will sway, it will bend, without breaking the assertion. The fight, the need, validating the purpose. We must run the race, no matter the surface. I can't love someone else, what would be the purpose. They will not have your name, or face to match. Your eyes, your lips, your nose, in fact. Your smile, your laugh, your touch, no one can reenact. Your voice, your scent, only you was born with that. The way you walk, or chew, it's distinct to only you. Your aura, and your grace can not be replaced. Your DNA separates you from the rest of the human race. Whatever the outcome, i will face it like a man. I can't love someone else, i don't think you understand.
